Gunfire erupted on the set of Tekashi and 50 Cent’s music video, police said Wednesday.
The shooting happened near the Greenpoint waterfront on Noble Street at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to police.
Witnesses tell TMZ that someone in a white Porshe with New Jersey license plates fired at least 11 shots while the rappers were shooting the video for their new collaboration “Get the Strap.” The shooter reportedly used a 9mm semi-automatic weapon based on the shell casings.
Both rappers were present during the shooting, along with Cassanova and Uncle Murda. 6ix9ine’s camp does not believe the shooter was targeting the rappers, but law enforcement sources are still investigating.
