Kodak Black is fresh off from celebrating the completion of his required anger management course but now, his celebration has been cut short. A Florence County, South Carolina grand jury has indicted Kodak Black on charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. The charges comes from a February 2016 incident at a Florence Comfort Inn and Suites motel room. Here’s how Kodak arrest warrant describes what allegedly happened.
“Kodak forced the victim onto the bed in the room and then onto the floor of the room,” the warrant says. “The defendant removed the victim’s underwear, and attacked the victim orally and then penetrated her,” it says. The victim repeatedly told the defendant no and to stop. The defendant did not stop,” the warrant continues.
The warrant also states the victim had bite marks on her neck and breast and was administered rape kit upon reporting the assault. WPDE report that the woman first reported the incident to a school nurse who then presented the allegation to the Florence County Sheriff’s office.
Kodak Black is prohibited from commenting on the situation whether in print, digital, or his social media platforms and is not allowed to contact the victim nor the victim family.
