J.U.S.T.I.C.E League Accuse Chance The Rapper Of Ripping Them Off — Chance Claps Back

By all accounts, Chance the Rapper looks to be anything but stingy with his cash, yet the J.U.S.T.I.C.E Leagues thinks otherwise. On Saturday the Grammy winning production team Twitter account accused the Chicago rapper of failing to pay for their beats used on Chance 2013 “Acid Rap” mixtape.

Chance recently attempted to save Soundcloud from going under, looks to have triggered the barrage of tweets which were reportedly posted by Erik “Rook” Ortiz, who as Complex notes, brought up the issue back in 2016.

Chance fired back at the allegations and gave his side of the story.

The beat in question is from “Cocoa Butter Kisses,” a track off “Acid Rap” and was co- produced by Cam and Peter Cottontale.
